Mphatlhose Real Estate is a dynamic 100% black owned company established on the 26th of June 2003 in Soshanguve, Nafcoc Shopping Centre, squatting in a cubical at an Internet café under the leadership of Mmatladi Letsoge.
It offers an exceptional service level to its clients encompassing an entire property portfolio such as Estate Agents one Learner learnership program facilitated by the Property Practitioners Regulatory authority and Services Seta. We also offer buying and selling of properties and available land, project developments and management, financial investments, marketing, CMA evaluations and appraisals and all other related fields.
Mphatlhose Real Estate is formed to help meet the growing demand for unique homes both in the townships and cities such as affordable, standard homes, sectional titles, flats, full residential homes in security complexes and estates.
Our Company has since developed into a well-established and recognized firm with a very good reputation amongst our clients and peers. We pride ourselves in not only providing property sales, canvassing and marketing but really going an extra mile in solving our client’s problems especially in the challenging, ever changing economic environment such as the NCA (National Credit Act), fluctuation interest rates and inflation, and strict requirements from various banks regarding lending.
